Avatar Guidelines - Please try to follow these guidelines
The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB.
(Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good;
larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.) For now this is just a guideline but
it will be automatically enforced in the near future.
Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human
cruelty or ideologically charged images. Mods have wide discretion on what is acceptable.
If in doubt PM one.
Uploading rules - Torrents violating these rules may be deleted without notice
Do not upload any of the following: 1. M-M-A, K-1, Wrestling, etc. - Even if it contains a boxer, please do not upload. 2. Movies - (Raging Bull, Cinderella Man, The Hurricane, etc.) This is a boxing tracker, not a movie tracker.
Note: Documentaries pertaining to boxing/boxers are allowed. 3. Retail/Commercial DVD's and Instructionals (or compressed avi's, mpg's of them) 4. Maxboxing, 15rounds or any other pay site content. These sites do not wish for their content to be uploaded elsewhere for free.
If you obtained sparring/workout material over the 'net and are unsure where it came from, please do not upload. 5. Any Contender series material. NOTE: 'Outside' matches are ok to upload, the TV EP's are still off-limits, however. 6. .rar - Please do not post .rar or .zip archives unless they are boxing pictures. Please be kind and unpack these before uploading.
Both uploaders and downloaders of items in the first five categories above will receive warnings. 7. DVD's made out of re-encoded or converted avi's, mp4's, mpg-1's, or any other source files not originally captured as mpg-2/vob
Screenshots are mandatory for (a) "Excellent" rated uploads, (b) DVD uploads, and (c) High Def uploads.
Repeated violations will result in warnings and/or bans.
Make sure that your upload is labeled correctly. Non-English language fights as Non-English, DVD's as DVD, etc.
Make sure your torrents are well-seeded for at least 24 hours.
Do not include the outcome of the fight (this means don't put it in the torrent name, description or comments).
No Duplicates/Redundant uploads Please follow these simple steps to help keep the tracker clean and streamlined: 1. Prior to uploading a file, perform a basic torrent search. Check the "including dead" option when you perform your search. 2. If the same exact file is already on the tracker and it has seeders, you can just go to the original torrent page and help seed that torrent.
If the torrent is dead but has leechers, you can just reseed it. If the torrent is dead and has no leechers, you may go ahead and re-upload it.
If you wish, you can then announce your reseed/re-upload in the "Your Uploads/Downloads" section of the forum and include the url.
If a fight is already up as part of a career set, please do not duplicate either. 3. If the fight you want to upload is on the tracker but it's not the same exact file, please do not upload if it is not a meanigful addition.
Is it a clear upgrade in terms of quality?
Is it a version that would fit on a CD-R as opposed to a larger file?
Is it widescreen rather than 4:3? Is it a DVD file rather than an avi?
Is it an English version as opposed to one in a foreign language?
In other words, make sure you are adding something meaningful in some dimension that would matter to our users. 4. Please do not upload just for the sake of uploading and to seek to -selfishly- increase your ratio.
Make sure that you are contributing to the site and not just crowding the tracker or displacing someone else's upload.
Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
